Prototype Development:
Prototype is mainly designated for finished design, to make single or multiple products to verify related design data and improve product feasibility in order to achieve a lower input cost, elimination cost modification to production mold, and shorten time to marketing.
Prototype-making mode:
1.CNC: Directly machining to part shape, manually polish or surface coating to customer requirement .
Material Availability: POM, ABS, PS, PMMA, PC, PA, PP, foam, aluminum and copper.
2.RTV: It is applied to approximate 100 parts duplication, part size limitation to 500mm, availability: fluid ABS.
3.Soft mold: It is applied to 500~5000pcs low production in term of mild metal (low-level steel or aluminum),
Material availability: various kinds of plastic material.
4. SLA: It is used to high-precision/tiny tolerance part requirement, costly high.
